- Market Survey questionaire for 9 NSN LTC This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. This announcement is considered market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The purpose of this synopsis is to identify qualified companies capable of performance on a solicitation for the below listed NSNs. NSNs are being bought to drawings. Depending on NSN requirements, Higher Level Quality Requirements, First Article Testing and Product Verification Testing (PVT) may apply. Final inspection and acceptance shall be at the For market research purposes, the drawings are available for review for companies that may be interested in submitting a proposal.
