- RFQ Instructions for submitting a quote Procedures for the evaluation of quotes (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) Solicitation The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires Sign Language Interpreter Services for the Camp Lejeune School District. See the attached RFQ for the specific installations and schools located in this district. The contract type for this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), with one (1) Base Year and one (1) additional Option Year. Period of Performances are as follows: Base Year: 4 December 2013 - 3 December 2014 Option Year 1: 4 December 2014 - 3 December 2015 NOTE: This requirement is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Large businesses will not be considered for this required (see size standard below). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: U009 Education Services. NAICS Code: 541930 Translation and Interpretation Services, Small Business Size Standard: $7 M. The submission due date and time is 29 November 2013, 4:00 PM (EST). Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, any supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website at http://www.eps.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOps up to and until the response due date.
