Description

Seeking sources for Contractors who can provide qualified pick-up and shipment of blood and blood products. West Point Shipment Service Request Request: Provide pick-up and shipment of blood and blood products from, Ike Hall, United States Military Academy, West Point, NY to American Red Cross (ARC), Philadelphia, PA and Fort Bragg Blood Donor Center, Fort Bragg, NC from 13-16 January 2014. Statement of Work (door to door service): Pick-up blood and blood products (in cooler boxes package with wet ice) each evening at 2030 from 13-16 January 2014 from Ike Hall, West Point, NY. Two deliveries are required (box size 24x24x24, weight 15-30lbs): one shipment of approximately 7-10 boxes (15lbs each) to ARC, Philadelphia, PA with delivery no later than midnight same day; one shipment of approximately 50 boxes (30lbs each) to Fort Bragg Blood Donor Center, Fort Bragg, NC 28310 with delivery no later than 0700 the following day.
