- In accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) §6.1.4, The United State Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a maintenance and support contract/purchase order for Rimage Professional 6100N and 7100N to Global Technologies Group, Inc., an authorized reseller and a Woman-Owned Small Business, in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act, 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A). Any other vendor that is an authorized reseller and a participant in SBA's Woman-Owned Small Business program may contact the Contracting Officer to express interest in competing for the requirement within the synopsis period. When contacting the Contracting Officer, vendors must submit a capability statement that does not exceed one page in length that shows their ability to perform the requirement as stated below. Statement of Work. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Office of Information Management Services (OIMS) requires maintenance and support for Rimage Professional 6100N and 7100N. The Contractor must be an authorized Rimage Government Reseller and Certified Service Partner. All services shall be provided by a Rimage dedicated local field engineer. The USPTO requires service and support that includes a response within two (2) business days to service requests and includes onsite repair for applicable service requests. The Contractor shall perform two (2) scheduled preventative maintenance visits per year. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts and transportation. The period of performance includes a base plus three (3) option years and begins on January 1, 2014.
