- New Cabinet Installation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation providing all labor, materials, and supervision for structural modifications and electrical improvements in the SSA/ROCC in support of new cabinet installation. Contractor shall verify all measurements, specifications, and existing conditions. Contractor will provide and install one hundred six (106) NEMA 5-20R, 20A/1P receptacles on 106 isolated ground circuits. Receptacles shall be fed with #12 AWG wires and grounded with green #12 AWG wires. Contractor will provide and install four (4) NEMA L6-30R, 30A/2P receptacles on isolated ground circuits. Receptacles shall be fed with #10 AWG wires and grounded with green #10 AWG wires. Contractor will provide and install one (1) new 800A electronic LSI circuit breaker in switchboard EM-1 for feeder to ATS-1. Contractor will disconnect existing 3 sets of 500 KCML conductors and terminate on new 800A breaker. C ontractor will cut SSA provided floor tiles as needed to accommodate feeds to equipment cabinets as indicated on drawing E3 or as needed by field conditions. Contractor will provide and install brackets, tension rods, anchors, bolts, and all associated hardware requirements to reinforce the pedestal floor as depicted on sheet S1 of the attached drawings. Cabinet locations specified in drawings E2 and E3 may be relocated as needed by signed and dated written agreement between SSA, GSA, and the contractor. The following can be used at the contractor's discretion in areas under the floor already containing large amounts of equipment that cannot be moved: " The current design has (2) 3/8" anchors at each channel spaced 3" on center with an edge distance of 1 ¼" each. This gives the channel a total length of 6". Where required, -the anchors may be spaced 2" on center with an edge distance of 1" each. This will give the channels at these locations a length of 4.5". Contractor will follow all design, fabrication, and installation requirements on the attached SSA MAMPSC Project #157 drawings unless otherwise approved, in writing, by the GSA Project Manager. General Note #4 on sheet E2 is to be specifically disregarded by the contractor.
