Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of Small Business qualified Shimadzu service providers, NAICS 334517, services to be performed at Fort Drum New York. The Contractor shall provide all resources, labor, travel, material, equipment and replacement parts for preventive maintenance/emergency repair services for the Government owned Shimadzu Radspeed and Shimadzu Sonivision Xray Equipment at Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic (GAHC), located at Fort Drum NY. All XRay Glassware is to be covered by the Contractor under this contract. Glassware shall be defined as: X-Ray tubes, image intensifiers, plumbicons, Vidicons, CCD Cameras, Video monitors (CRT or flat panel). All work shall be performed by an authorized service representative certified through Shimadzu. The Contractor shall be available Monday - Friday from 0830 - 1700 for routine maintenance and site specific assistance. The Contractor shall respond by telephone within 30 minutes after receipt of call. When a determination is made that an on-site emergency service call is required, the Contractor shall provide a service technician on site within four (4) hours after notification by the Government, to inspect the equipment and perform all repairs and adjustments necessary to restore the equipment to normal and efficient operating condition. All repair service shall be completed within three (3) working days. Contractor shall perform maintenance service inspections to include lubrications, counterweight cable inspections, functional tests, leakage current tests and adjustments. Preventive maintenance inspection and calibration shall be performed annually within each fiscal year. Interested parties should submit their capability statement and Shimadzu Certification via email to: rebecca-lynn.m.ruff.civ@mail.mil no later than 25 November 2013 4:00PM. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF ARMY, NORTHERN REGION CONTRACTING OFFICE PLAN THEIR ACQUISITION STRATEGY.
