- Request For Information: West Africa (Subsistence Items) DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa, Subsistence Contracting Unit, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) seeking integrated solutions to supply a full line of Subsistence items to US Government facilities located throughout countries in Western Africa ( Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Ivory Coast, Cape Verde, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Western Sahara and Togo ). DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa's objective for this RFI is to conduct Market Research on different methodologies available to support requirements for the United States Department of Defense and other federal Agency activities in the region of Western Africa.
