Description

Sources sought to provide Janitorial/Cleaning services for Twin Falls, ID CBOC. The Boise VAMC is seeking businesses interested and capable of performing Janitorial/Cleaning services as detailed below. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate all areas you are capable of providing service, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Contractor shall provide continuous janitorial/cleaning services for the patients on travel throughout the United States including Alaska and Hawaii through local and/or national affiliates. Also state if you currently have a Federal Supply Schedule Contract or a VA contract. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Proposals shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 561720 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million. Contractor shall provide but not limited to: complete janitorial/cleaning services at the location listed herein. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
