Description

Document Security Letter Site visit invitation The contractor shall provide all of the labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to remodel Suites 2018 and 2022, including soundproof wall, at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated completion: within 60 calendar days. Bond requirement: A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the award price over $30,000.00. This procurement is reserved for small business. The estimate price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or after February 14, 2013. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing on the attached forms, including your company name, street mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and contact person, with reference to GS-09P-14-WK-C-0008, to the attention of Annette Lakes, by email at annette.lakes@gsa.gov, by faxing your request to 213-894-3473, or by mail to GSA North Los Angeles Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Room 4300, Los Angeles, CA 90012, no later than December 3, 2013 (see attached invitation and Document Security Notice to Prospective Offerors). Contractors are required to complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Offerors that is attached, and submit a copy of your California State License Board certified copy with signatures (8½ x 11). Site Visit: December 10, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. Contractors are to meet at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, Room 4300, located at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA. Proposals due: December 24, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. You are required to maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
