- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAHS), is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Courier Service within the Ann Arbor and Detroit Michigan area for Transporting Pharmacy Products for the period Date of Award through December 12, 2014 with four (4) years in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation, NAICS Code 492110, size standard is 1500 employees. The Contractor shall furnish round trip transportation and services necessary to transport Pharmacy products to and from the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System and various Medical Facilities within the Ann Arbor, MI and Detroit, MI area. Offerors failing to meet this requirement will not be considered for award. Offers are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on December 5, 2013.
