- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REGARDING CONTEMPLATED SOCIO-ECONOMIC PREFERENCE -- Consolidated Information Technology and Cyber Security Support Services for the NNSA Office of the Chief Information Officer. THIS POSTING IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REGARDING A CONTEMPLATED SOCIO-ECONOMIC PREFERENCE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. BIDS, QUOTES, AND PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NNSA anticipates awarding a set of Small Business Set-Aside Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for support services for the NNSA Office of the Chief Information Officer. The anticipated Schedule is Schedule 70 - General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services. The anticipated SIN is 132 51 - Information Technology Professional Services. The anticipated NAICS code is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services, with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. NNSA seeks comments from interested vendors hol ding active GSA Schedule 70 contracts covering SIN 132-51 on the contemplated socio-economic preference described in the attachment. Comments are being requested on this posting. Comments shall be received in FedConnect by 8:00am, EST, Monday, November 25, 2013.
