- SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-70 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20130710. The small business size standard is $10.0 Mil for NAICS 611699. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis (Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance considered). Contractors are required to submit a minimum of 3 past performance references as well as detailed criteria as to how they will meet the SOW requirements. See the attached Statement of Work for requirement
