- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation M67400-14-T-0005 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 2 December 2013. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 541611. This procurement constitutes Item 0001, 0002, 1001, 1002, 2001, 2002 with one base year and two-one year option periods. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Item 0001 Logistics Support Services Services shall be performed in accordance with Performance Work Statement. Item 0002 Travel Item 1001 Logistics Support Services Services shall be performed in accordance with Performance Work Statement. Item 1002 Travel Item 2001 Logistics Support Services Services shall be performed in accordance with Performance Work Statement. Item 2002 Travel The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in SAM in accordance with FAR 52.204-10 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 2 December 2013. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-14-T-0005. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation to Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CMP S.D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 0800, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date. The closing date will be provided in the solicitation issued.
