- Description
- The U.S Department of Labor's (DOL) Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) intends to negotiate a sole source time and materials purchase order with Madison Consulting Group, Inc., 200 N 2nd ST, Madison, GA, 30650 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirements are as follows: To provide OWCP with casualty actuary consulting services on mission-critical reviews of actuarial analyses proposed to liquidate workers' compensation liabilities, and actuarial analysis of proposed legislative and regulatory changes under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA), Black Lung Benefits Act, Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA), Radiation Exposure Compensation Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act (LHWCA), and Overseas Contractor Compensation Act (OCCA). The estimated period of performance is 12/6/13 - 12/5/14. The NAICS code is 524298 with the size standard of $7 Million. This is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of information received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government and emailed to severe.jubner@dol.gov no later than @ 5:00p.m on November 26, 2013, referencing Solicitation Number DOL141RP21875.
