- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-14-Q-0009 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 324191 with small business with an employee size standard of 500. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation on company letterhead to include all charges for the below listed items to be delivered in accordance with the specifications listed below: DESCRIPTION/ SPECIFICATIONS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has the following requirement: Supply and Deliver 5,000 gallons of Chevron, HDAX 7200, Low Ash, SAE 40, Bulk, Lube Oil to W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant, 5825 Lee 501, Marianna, Arkansas 72360 DELIVERIES: Quick turnaround is necessary in order for the Government to fulfill its mission, therefore please indicate the earliest estimated delivery date available. Contractors shall submit quote on company letterhead to include pricing for the requested supply items, with its unit price, extended price, freight charge, total price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, Tax Identification Number, DUNS number, and Cage Code. Contractor shall submit completed clause 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications, Commercial Items.
