- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Benning has a requirement to contract for FFS for the Army Material Command, Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), Fort Benning, Georgia. The LRC at Fort Benning has a requirement under the Army Food Program to provide a combination of FFS and Management and Food Production (M&FP). OFFEORS BE ADVISED THAT THIS DRAFT SOLICITATION APPLIES TO THE RANDOLPH SHEPPARD ACT FOR FULL FOOD SERVICE. THEREFORE IF THE STATE LICENCING AGENT (SLA) IS INCLUDED IN THE COMPETITIVE RANGE AFTER RECEIPT AND EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS, THE SLA WILL RECEIVE THE EVENTUAL CONTRACT
