- SOLICITATION This solicitation is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use FBO to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a sole source requirement for 1 (one) Lot OF Maitenance Support on 2 (two) HiLevel Technology ETS780 SYSTEMS. Firm Fixed Prices are being sought. This requirement is being issued on a sole source basis to HILEVEL TECHNOLOGY INC 17805 Sky Park Circle, Suite E, Irvince CA 92614. HILEVEL TECHNOLOGY IS THE OEM OF THESE UNITS. THEY ARE THE ONLY VENDOR WITH ACCESS TO TECHNICAL DATA AND TRAINED PERSONNEL HAVING THE REQUIRED EXPERTISE FOR MAINTENANCE/REPAIR OF THE ETS780 SYSTEMS. THEY ARE THE ONLY VENDOR WITH ACCESS TO REPAIR PARTS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE SPECIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL DATA NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS EFFORT. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0041; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers may be faxed to EUGENE COLVIN, FAX 812-854-3471 or e-mailed to eugene.colvin@navy.mil. All required information must be received on or before 4:30PM local time.
