Description

SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed contract with Charter Communications, Inc., 12405 Powercourt Drive, Saint Louis, MO, 63131 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirements are as follows: Provide TV and internet service for the Hammond, Slidell Clinics-New Orleans, LA. Charter Communications is the only company authorized by local government authorities to provide cable tv and internet services for the parish where VA clinics are located. This is not a request for proposal. Parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement in writing only, and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an offeror's ability to meet the required service and emailed to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than by close of business @ 1:00p.m. on November 25, 2013, referencing Solicitation Number VA256-14-I-0130.
