Description

Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 Solicitation Supplemental Terms & Conditions Statement of Work Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-2 The U.S. Marshals Service/Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System Division intends to make a single fixed price award for the provision of H800 Pilot Training. The successful contractor shall provide PIC Recurrent Academic and Flight Training, and a variety of technical courses for USMS Pilots operating HS125-800A series aircraft. The performance period under this contract will be for a base period of nine (9) months, estimated to begin January 6, 2014. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611512, with a size standard of $25.5M. All contractors doing business now or in the immediate future with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), formally (CCR) database.
