- Description
- The Aircrew Systems Program Management Activity (PMA202) of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price order under existing sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-12-G-0017 with Cobham Life Support Division, Davenport, IA. This BOA order will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Cobham in accordance with FAR subpart 6.302-1, (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Cobham is the manufacturer of the CRU-123 Solid State Oxygen for use in the F/A-18C-F and the EA-18G aircraft. This effort is required for conducting Combined Accelerated Stress Testing (CAST) and completing qualification testing for the F/A-18C-F and A/A-18G of the Solid State Oxygen Monitor (SSOM), also known as the CRU-123 (P/N 3270063-0701.
