- This is an award notice in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.301. The IBWC has awarded a contract to M. O. Dion & Sons, Inc. using the procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the delivery of low sulfur diesel fuel to be delivered on an as needed basis. IAW FAR 13.104, quotes were solicited from at least three (3) sources to promote competition to the maximum extent practicable with at least two sources not included in the previous solicitation. Award was made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Period of Performance: November 21, 2013 through September 30, 2014.
