- NSN: 1670-01-457-6899 This synopsis is for a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Ring Assmebly, Snapl. The IQC will include one base period and four option periods. Estimated Annual Demand is 1140 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 285 EA for the base year only. Item Description: - Fully Competitive Tech Data Package; Drawing # 1979AS975 REV "B" P/N 197AS975-1 - Export Control - Inspection/Acceptance: Origin - Critical Application - Life Support Equipment - Higher Level Quality System Required - Government First Article Test applies - Government Production Lot Test applies The solicitation will be available December 6, 2013 to January 6, 2013. Electronic DIBBS offers will not be accepted. The solicitation will be Unrestricted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System athttps://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Choose the Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Choose the search option, enter the search value, and click the submit button. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to the requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. To learn more about how to participate in an auction, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. This solicitation may be issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). The evaluation factors contributing to the final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors.
