- Draft SOW Request for Information Job Corps Data Center IT Facilities Management Reference Number: DOL141RP21874 Notice Type: Sources Sought Classification Code: R -- Professional, administrative, and management support services NAICS Code: 541- Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services/541513- Computer Facilities Management Services Synopsis: This is a Market Survey (Request for Information) for Information Technology (IT) services supporting the Job Corps Data Center. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the interest and feasibility of HubZone or other type of set-aside for Job Corps Data Center IT Facilities Management. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited. The information from this notice will help the United States Department of Labor (DOL) plan their acquisition strategy or plan. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. The NAICS Code is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services, the size standard for which is $25.5M. The work to be provided is in the draft statement of work attached to this announcement. Responses must include the following. 1. Provide evidence in the form of a commitment letter from a commercial banking institution of your capability to obtain and maintain both a $3.5 million letter of credit guaranteeing the Government's payroll, and a $3.5 million dedicated line of credit (separate from your company's corporate line of credit) for paying the Government's payroll in the event it is required. Both these mechanisms will be required for the entire five-years of the proposed contract. The line of credit may be drawn upon with as little as 24 hours notice from the Government. 2. Provide evidence of three contract experiences (for which you were the prime and not the subcontractor) of ongoing and/or former contracts, started or completed within the past three years that are similar in scope and equivalent in function to the work to be performed under the proposed contract as described in the attached draft SOW. For each experience, include: • the name and address of the client for whom the work was performed, • statement that you were the prime not subcontractor, • the general nature and scope of the work, • the period during which the work was performed, • the total number of hours billed to the project, • the dollar value of the project, • the name and telephone number of the COR (or equivalent) who is knowledgeable about the vendor's performance on the project. 3. Describe experience providing services similar to the attached draft statement of work. 4. Demonstrate experience to transition and manage a contract staff of 100+ employees located at a facility other than your own. Discuss processes for providing timely and accurate invoices; recruiting and retention; benefits and training; procurement and quality. 5. Provide evidence of corporate certifications including CMMI and ISO. 6. Vendor's Company Name, Address, and Contact Information 7. Vendor's DUNS Number 8.
