- Solicitation Pictures of current concrete pads. Location of Pads This solicitation is for the concrete leveling pads of for seven transformers on Naval Station Great Lakes. This solicitation is a Woman Owned Business Set-Aside. The Government will only accept offers from a Woman Owned Small Business. This is a negotiated procurement, using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Process of the Best Value Continuum in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 that will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The Government anticipates a contract award in January 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, with a size standard of $14 million per year. The period of performance is 90 days after contract award. The work consists of mud-jacking and concrete pouring. The work includes, but is not limited to concrete construction and repair, removing and replacing transformers after concrete work is completed.
