- Statement of Work Solicitation Solicitation N00421-14-T-0033-U0001 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order for online publications, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. The resulting order will be against a FEDLINK contract. The resulting award will go to the lowest price quote that meets all requirements listed in the attached Statement of Work. The awardee must have an existing FEDLINK contract.
