- Lease award recommendation which represents the best value to the Government is to award a lease to Red Willow Co. Fairboard for 5100 rentable square feet (rsf) yielding 4560 usable square feet (usf) of space for a five (5) year term lease with one renewal options. This lease will incorporate the clauses for taxes and operating costs to be adjusted annually which will be reflected as in increase/decrease in the rental rate. The Offeror is responsible for providing the proper documentation for such adjustments to occur.
