- The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify capable, qualified small businesses to provide Fiber Optic Gyroscope Based Inertial Navigation System for West Point, NY. Data Rates: GPS Measurement 20 Hz or better; GPS Position: 20 Hz or better; IMU Measurement: 100 Hz or better; INS Solution Up to 100 Hz or better; Time Accuracy: 20 ns Physical/Electrical/Environmental: Input Voltage +9 to +18 VDC; Power Consumption: 18W max; Operating Temp. -40 C to +65 C; Storage Temp. -50 C to +80 C; Humidity 95% non-condensing; Waterproof MIL-STD-810F, 506.4, Procedure I GNSS Signal Tracking: GPS L1, L2; GLONASS L1, L2; SBAS; L-Band Communication Ports: Two RS-232 UART COM; USB Device; CAN; Configurable PPS Horizontal Position Accuracy (RMS): Single Point L1/L2 at 1.2 m or less; with SBAS 0.6 m or less; DGPS 0.4 m or less; L-Band: VBS 0.6 m, XP 0.15 m, HP 0.1 m; RT-2TM 1 cm or less RMS or better; Maximum Velocity 500 m/s or faster.
