- In accordance with FAR 15.206(e), solicitation AG-3K06-S-11-0001, for the procurement of Operation and Maintenance Support Services at the Southern Regional Research Center in New Orleans, LA, is hereby cancelled due to changes in the requirement that exceed the proposed scope of work. Reductions in funding levels are being felt Government-wide. The current funding levels at the Agricultural Research Services have necessitated a reduction in scope to the Performance Work Statement included with the cited solicitation. The Contracting Officer has determined that the reduced requirements are no longer within scope of the solicitation. A new solicitation will be issued with a performance work statement that reflects the new required scope of work. The resulting award is anticipated to be made by 3 rd quarter FY 2014.
