- Printers/Faxes/Scanners Sources Sought This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses in order to determine availability of sources for the maintenance/on-call repair of 300 HP printers, 31 Xerox fax machines, 42 Canon scanners, and 4 Kodak scanners. This does not constitute a notification for a specific requirement and is for informational purposes only to determine sources and the ability to set-aside any future requirements by the Small Business Administration. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The services being sought are for all-inclusive annual maintenance support for the products listed below. In your response, demonstrate the ability to support the following equipment: PRINTERS 17 ea. HP LaserJet 2420 19 ea. HP LaserJet 2430 4 ea. HP LaserJet 3800 color 6 ea. HP LaserJet 4000 100 ea. HP LaserJet 4015 2 ea. HP LaserJet 4050 2 ea. HP LaserJet 4100 2 ea. HP LaserJet 4200 2 ea. HP LaserJet 4250 9 ea. HP LaserJet 4300 121 ea. HP LaserJet 4350 1 ea. HP LaserJet 8100 3 ea. HP LaserJet 8150 10 ea. HP LaserJet 9050 2 ea. ZTC S4M-200dpi ZPL FAX MACHINES 24 ea. Xerox WCM20i 7 ea. Xerox WorkCentre 3550x SCANNERS 42 ea. Cannon 7580 4 ea. Kodak 130 Period of performance will be 12 months with the ability to support four 12 month option periods. Service Calls: The contractor shall make all repairs according to manufacturer's specifications and be on-site within 24 hours of initial service call. Additionally, all supplies and parts must be installed within 2 business days from date of request. Place of performance for all identified equipment maintenance: US Small Business Administration Processing and Disbursement Center 14925 Kingsport Road Fort Worth, TX. 76155 WE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN RESPONSES FROM SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS AT THIS TIME. The designated NAICS Code is 811212 with a size standard of $25.5M. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine whether your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for any future acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Your response shall include the following information: 1. SBA Small Business category/preference (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), 2. DUNS number 3.
