Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego CA is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry for activities described in the background and project requirements in the attachment for the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA. The non-personal services to be provided include NPS graduate level research assistance and graduate level teaching. To develop and deliver graduate-level research and education the contractor must maintain the highest skill levels.NPS graduate level research assistance and graduate level course development and delivery include but are not limited to: Resident Course Delivery “ follows an academic calendar and is delivered at NPS in Monterey. Non-Resident/Distributed Course Delivery “ follows an academic calendar and is delivered other than NPS in Monterey. These locations vary such as: San Diego, CA, Norfolk VA, Washington DC and as far as Bagdad. Additionally, these courses could be shipboard. Short Course Delivery “ do not follow an academic calendar and could span between a few days to a few weeks. These courses can be delivered at both NPS and non-NPS locations. Executive Education Development/Delivery - do not follow an academic calendar and could span between a few days to a few weeks. These courses can be delivered at both NPS and non-NPS locations. The student population is typically senior level leaders. The Government is potentially seeking contractor support to assist in these efforts in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type contract for a base year and two option years for a total potential of three years. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 611710. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $14 million. Provide your CAGE code in your submitted information, along with a point of contact, and whether your company is large, small, disabled vet, woman owned, SDB, 8a, or hub zone. Also indicate if your company can do all of the work or be willing to be a subcontractor and do a portion of the work. In addition please provide the following information requested below: 1)The name, phone number, and e-mail address of a company representative the Government may contact for additional information. 2)Indicate if the firm is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. 3)Provide Statement of Capabilities of corporate experience and capabilities with regards to supporting efforts as outlined above. 4)Provide brief description of any prior experience that best illustrates your qualifications related to such contracting support and, in particular, any experience related to NPS's mission. Provide the following information for each project listed: a.Contract number and project title; b.Name of contracting activity c.Administrative Contracting Officer ™s name, and current telephone number d.Contracting Officer ™s, Technical Representative or primary point of contact name and current telephone number; e.Contract type (e.g. cost plus, requirements, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity, or combination); f.Period of Performance (start and completion date); g.Basic contract award amount and final contract value; h.Summary of contract work 5)Please provide any additional feedback you feel is relevant. See Attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specification details. It is requested that all interested parties respond with relevant past performance not to exceed 20 pages (including all attachments).
