Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material to include installation and training services for Brand Name Or Equal OTOMETRICS VIDEO HEAD IMPULSE TESTER as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETE SOLICITATION WITH ATTACHMENT 1 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR CONTRACT AWARD. IF AN UNCOMPLETE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED IT WILL BE DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE.
