Maintenance/repairs OF PATIENT LIFT EQUIPMENT due to normal wear and tear. Contract includes full maintenance for the equipment identified in initial inventory to be performed by contractor. Service to be performed includes scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and periodic testing, corrective call back service for operational problems not successfully preempted by PM, and corrective service for problems identified during inspections.
