This NSN is a Critical Application Item and is not commercial. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The intention is to award against Boeing's BOA.
