- The United States Government currently occupies 19,916 rentable square feet fully serviced in Barbourville, KY. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for 19,916 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include, but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. State: KENTUCKY City: BARBOURVILLE Delineated Area: NORTH: From a point on Middlefork Richland Road 200 yards north of the intersection of Middlefork Richland Road and Cumberland Parkway (Hwy 25E) (POB - point of beginning) go east along Cumberland Parkway (Hwy 25E) maintaining a distance of approximately 200 yards off of the northern right of way to the point of intersecting Hwy 11, then east on a straight line to the intersection of Higgens Hollow Road and Old Hwy 25 Loop East, then east along Old Hwy 25 Loop East to the intersection of KY-1304, then EAST: South on KY-1304 (J Goodings Branch Road) in a straight line to a point 200 yards past the southern right of way of Cumberland Parkway (Hwy 25E), then SOUTH: West in a line approximately 200 yards off of the southern right of way of Cumberland Parkway (Hwy 25E) to the till the line intersects Ramsey Branch Road, then in a straight line west to the end of Noahville Lane, then west in a straight line to the railroad crossing at Factory Road, then west along the northern right of way of the railroad track to Poplar Branch Road, then west 200 yards south of the right of way of Cumberland Parkway (Hwy 25E) till the line intersects Booger Hollow Road, then WEST: North on Booger Hollow Road through the intersection of Cumberland Parkway (Hwy 25E) onto Middlefork Richland Road to the POB (point of beginning).
