- PWS revision dated 18 Nov 13 RFP amendment 0002 dated 22 Nov 13 ***22 Nov 13: RFP amendment 0002 is posted. Reference also original RFP and amendment 0001. Proposals are due 21 Jan 14, 3:30 PM Eastern time. -------- ***7 Nov 13 UPDATE: The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to announce that the 100% small business set-aside for the TSS acquisition has been withdrawn. This will now be a full and open competition. The projected official RFP amendment release date is 22 Nov 13, with proposals due approx 60 days later. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO VOICEMAILS WILL BE RETURNED. Questions may be submitted in writing to katherine.whelchel@us.af.mil with a copy to tiffany.hollingsworth@us.af.mil. Questions and Answers will be posted to FBO on a periodic basis; individual replies will not be provided. As a reminder: The RSAF F-15 Transportation Support Services (TSS) was synopsized already as part of FA8505-12-R-33143 TPP notice. TPP was later split up into two separate efforts, IFS and TSS. This FBO record is created to allow posting of the TSS RFP FA8505-13-R-33138 in the near future. A business license to operate in Saudi Arabia will be required. Competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside. NAICS code remains unchanged: 541614. A Jun '13 solicitation release is projected. Associated solicitation number will be FA8505-13-R-31138. Further updates will be posted as FBO as new information becomes available. Individual emails and/or phone calls will not receive a response.
