- clauses Fire protection Lease Proposal Data Security ADP Regulations RLP The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (Government), currently occupies office space at 200 Burt Boulevard, Benton, LA 71006. The Government will be accepting proposals for space from parties interested in leasing up to 2,310 rentable sq. ft. to yield 2,200 square feet of general purpose space. To be considered, the space must be within Bossier Parish, LA within the specified delineated area. All utilities, janitorial services, lawn care, maintenance services, tenant alterations and parking are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. In addition the space must meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard and shall not be located in a 100 year flood plain. The lease term will be 5 years, with a 5-yr renewal option and includes 120-day termination rights. The Government will consider moving costs, alterations, etc. when deciding whether relocation or renewal best fit our needs. Interested parties should submit information concerning their properties to USDA, NRCS, 3737 Government St., Attn: Carmen N Falls, Alexandria, LA 71302 by 13 December 2013 or to Carmen.falls@la.usda.gov. Information submitted shall include address of office space, available square footage, estimated rent and date of availability. A response to the issued RLP must be present on GSA form 1364.
