- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (1560-00-735-8269) for a Quadrant Control, Aileron. This solicitation will be for an award for a quantity of 30 each. There are eleven approved sources of supply: The Boeing Company (81205) P/N 5-98324-3007, The Boeing Company (82918) P/N 5-98324-3007, Maven Engineering Corporation (65273) P/N 5-98324-3007, Tect Aerospace Inc. (34336) P/N 5-98324-3007, Aeroparts Manufacturing & Repair (15992) P/N 5-98324-3007, K &K Precision Manufacturing Inc. (4R788) P/N 5-98324-3007, Bob Colic (CAGE 0GE47) P/N 5-98324-3007, Tydan Inc. (1DSC6) P/N 5-98324-3007, Spares Inc. (05AL4) P/N 5-98324-3007, Tens Machine Company Inc. (8P689) P/N 5-98324-3007 and Monroe Machined Products Inc. (7F311) P/N 5-98324-3007. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery is 377 days ARO. This NSN is a Critical Safety Item, has export control, configuration control, digital mylar is required and is not commercial. This NSN was solicited as a Combined Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business/Small Business Set Aside. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 09 December 13 (anticipated closing date of January 8, 2014). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA."
