Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs on behalf of the Selma CBOC located in Selma, Alabama intends to solicit for STAT and some routine reference laboratory services as follows: ISSUING CONTRACT OFFICE: NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE (NCO7), 501 GREENE STREET, HATCHER BLDG- SUITE 2, AUGUSTA, GA 30901. CONTRCTING OFFICER: LAURINDA MILLAGE; PHONE/FAX : 706-733-0188 x1117; 478-274-5582; EMAIL: laurinda.millage@va.gov DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice Only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tuscaloosa VAMC has a requirement for STAT and some routine reference laboratory services to be provided to veteran patients serviced at the Selma CBOC, Selma, AL, 36701. The anticipated contract period will be from December 6, 2013 through December 5, 2014, with four additional one year option periods. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is November 25, 2013 with a projected closing date of December 4, 2013. It is required that the successful awardee be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted based on market research to produce 2 or more small business concerns capable of providing the requested services.
