- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY (NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES) The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine if there are any other companies on the open market that can meet these requirements. *If your company can meet the requirements posted below, please submit all information needed to sufficiently demonstrate the equipment meets all requirements from below. The purpose of this Statement of Work is to procure three (3) workstations of the Parks Model 2100-SX Flo-Lab, a device that is capable of non-invasive physiologic testing of the arterial and venous systems. Any equipment purchased must be capable of all above and MUST be capable of connecting to network- it should have extensive networking and data exchange capabilities, including DICOM and HL7. Parks is the only device approved to connect to the VA imaging network. This is required so as to minimize loss of study images when have to rely on paper and scanning of paper. The period of performance will be 30 days after receipt of award. The contractor shall provide the following with the equipment: "3 each- HP Intel Core i3 3.3 GHz Computer o 4 GB RAM o 240 GB Hard drive oDVD-RW drive oWindows 7 OS "3 each- 17Flat Panel Touch Screen Display "3 each- Color inkjet Printer "3 each- Parks' SonovaE for Windows software package "3 each- Dicom Report Export Software upgrade package "3 each- Dual frequency bi-directional Doppler o 8 & 4 MHz "3 each- Bilateral Volume pulse recording (VPR) o Photo plethysmography (PPG) "3 each- Automatic Cuff Inflator w/ Multiport Automatic Cuff Selector Module "3 each- Wireless remote control "3 each- Mobile storage cart w. Isolation Power Supply "3 each- Arterial/Venous cuff package o Start up supply/accessory package
