THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The Alexandria VA Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 502-12-217, Emergency Management Covered Parking, Pineville, LA. The cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 11 December 2013. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. Performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
