Description

This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120-01-166-2225) for a BEARING, PLAIN, ROD END. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. This item is manufactured I/A/W a Configuration Controlled DRAWING: NR 17576 2006816, REVISION NR F DTD 05/19/1986, PART PIECE NUMBER: 2006816-103. Approved Source: GOODRICH CORPORATION 13002 P/N 06816-103. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Urestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 309 days ARO including Government First Article Test. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 134 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 34 each(base period only). The minimum delivery order is 34 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 67 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 26 NOV 13 (anticipated closing date of 6 DEC 13), anticipated award date is DECEMBER 30, 2013.
