Cadet Support PPQ CE PPQ Cadet Support Services Workload Data Cadet Support Services PWS CE PWS Draft RFP THIS IS ONLY A DRAFT AND THEREFORE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Responses to this request are voluntary and will not affect any contractor's ability to submit a proposal if, or when, the solicitation is released. Please reference FBO posting solicitation # USAFA_TBD and solicitation # USAFA_TBD_Cadet_Support for previous postings. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this notice. Any information provided by interested parties to the Government is strictly voluntary. The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Contractors shall not contact any Government officials other than the individual outlined below in regards to the subject draft solicitation. USAFA CONS is interested in obtaining industry inputs regarding the requirements and draft RFP. Specifically, identify areas that could require additional explanation, potential future issues, and/or areas that could be refined to provide a clearer understanding of the requirements. Time permitting, all relevant questions will be answered and uploaded in a future attachment to this posting. There will be no company identifying information in a question and answer posting. Please email all comments, suggestions, or questions to erica.wilson.7@us.af.mil. Please reference "Draft RFP FA7000-14-R-0004" in the subject line when submitting questions/comments. The Government does not guarantee that questions received will be answered. Answers to questions may be distributed to all interested bidders unless the question is identified as proprietary. The USAF Academy intends to conduct a 100% Small Business set-aside to award a five-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of Civil Engineer and Cadet Support Services. This draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a RFP; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal once a formal solicitation is issued, which shall be considered by the agency. Due to the large amount of CLINs for this requirement, the DRAFT RFP contains only the base year CLINs. The option year CLIN structure will mirror that of the base year.
