Solicitation Number: VA261-14-Q-0116 Notice Type: Notice to restrict competition to one source This is a notice of intent for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information included with this notice. The solicitation number is VA261-14-Q-0116 and is issued as a Notice of Intent. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 511120 with a corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. Any entities believing they can provide the following requirement (detailed below) should contact the point of contact listed. Line Item 0001: Annual Pharmacist's Letter/Pharmacy Technician's Letter Subscription CE-in-the Letter PLUS, TechCE-in-the-Letter, and Website Access for the Period of Performance: 10/1/2013 - 9/30/2014 Line Item 0002: Option 1: Same subscription as above with a period of performance 10/1/2014-9/30/2015 Line Item 0003: Option 2: Same subscription as above with a period of performance 10/1/2015-9/30/2016 Line Item 0004: Option3: Same subscription as above with a period of performance 10/1/2016-9/30/2017 FOB Destination shall be Reno, NV. 89502 Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
