Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Alt Software, Inc., 59 Adelaide St E, Toronto, ON M5C 1K6, Canada for fifty three (53) device Driver Licenses Associated with the M591 Graphics Card Driver Software in CAMS, P/N: GJ-000 for to be used in the assembly of the Control alarm Monitoring System (CAMS). This procurement is sole source for the following reasons: The license being purchased is for software that was specifically tested and evaluated against the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) technical requirements as provided on the LCAC C4N System Baseline Configuration 3 (SBC3) product specification during the product's initial prototyping and evaluation phase. No other source for this software currently exists. As such, Alt Software, Inc. is the only source meeting this requirement. The applicable FSC is 7050, the NAICS Code is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
