Description

The Northern Region Contracting Office, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award quote mark Brand Name or Equal quote mark contract. The requirement is for the one time purchase of an Artisan Link Pro Stainer manufactured by DAKO. Equal offers must meet Specifications of the Artisan Link Pro and be able to use reagents already purchased and on hand as stated on page 10 of this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price requirements contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies.
