U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: N: HWY 24 E: HWY 7 W: HWY 71 / I-49 S: I-470E to HWY 50 S to intersection of HWY 50 S / HWY 7 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 118,000 (includes 2,750 ABOA office and 115,250 warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft.(RSF): 120,000 Space Type: Warehouse and Office space Parking Spaces (Total): 6 reserved + access to the greater of local code or 19 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 reserved + access to the greater of local code or 19 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· Minimum clear height of 16 feet, 5 inches. •· Minimum requirement of two (2) loading docks. •· Warehouse must be temperature controlled and sprinklered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
