Ft. (ABOA): 118,000 (includes 2,750 ABOA office and 115,250 warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft.(RSF): 120,000 Space Type: Warehouse and Office space Parking Spaces (Total): 6 reserved + access to the greater of local code or 19 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 reserved + access to the greater of local code or 19 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· Minimum clear height of 16 feet, 5 inches. •· Minimum requirement of two (2) loading docks. •· Warehouse must be temperature controlled and sprinklered.
