- Sole Source Justification Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), located in Folsom, CA intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), to Industrial Training International, Inc.. in order to satisfy WAPA's requirement of qualified boom truck operator and electric utility rigging training. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611519 with a size standard of $14.0 mil. Interested parties may provide evidence of their capabilities to accommodate this requirement and must respond by the due date and time. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. WAPA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
