Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material to include delivery and training for Brand Name Or Equal Sirona OMNICAM DENTAL SYSTEM and accessories as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION TO INCLUDE ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR CONTRACT AWARD. A NONCOMPLETED SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INCOMPLETE PACKAGE AND BE REMOVED FROM CONSIDERATION.
