- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2.2.3.3, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Security Information Systems, Inc. (SIS Inc.), located at 6314 Kingspointe Parkway, Suite 3, Orlando, FL 32819 on a Firm-Fixed Purchase Order to provide expertise in alarm integration and Local Alarm Monitoring Automation Systems (LAMAS) interface solutions for all fire and intrusion detection system (IDS) alarms at places of performance per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Proprietary equipment and software has been developed solely for unique Emergency Management of Fire and Intrusion Detection System alarms as designed by NAVFAC HQ AT/FP. SIS, Inc. is the only authorized vendor and as such has uniquely developed software and hardware for this application approved by NAVFAC AT/FP and CNIC. SIS, Inc. is the only source for this equipment which includes proprietary hardware and software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible small business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due by 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, 2 December 2013. No electronic or hard copy Request For Quotes will be prepared or made available for distribution. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms; FOB Point and Shipping costs if applicable; delivery date; Tax ID Number; Cage Code; POC e-mail address. The Government will accept proposals via email at: Victoria.Franklin@navy.mil. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541330. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information can be found at https://wawf.eb.ml. Vendor training is available on the internet at https://wawftraining.eb.mil.
