- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: OH City: Massilon Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area: NORTH: Southway St./Gambrinus Ave/Shepler/Church Ave. SOUTH: Fohl St. SW (connected by Dueber Ave. SW) EAST: Cleveland Ave. WEST: Richfield Dr./Stump Ave./Kemary Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,452 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,770 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 for GOVs, and additional parking for employees and visitors at the greater of: 5 spaces per 1,000 RSF, or the ratio required by local code. Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: First floor space is preferred. Space must be capable of providing a minimum floor load sufficient to accommodate a SpaceSaver electronic filing system. 1 pull-through space to accommodate semi-trucks with trailers.
